Step-by-step explanation:

let the common angle be x

2x + 3x + 5x + 8x = 360

18x = 360

x = 20

measure of smallest angle is 2x

2(20)

= 40

Let the angles be 2x , 3x , 5x and 8x

According to question,

➨2x + 3x+ 5x+ 8x = 360°

➨18x = 360°

➨x = 360°/ 18

➨x = 20°

Therefore, angles are

2x = 2×20 =40°

3x = 3 ×20 = 60°

5x = 5 × 20 = 100°

8x = 8× 20 = 160°

Hence, smallest angle = 40°

hope it helps you.....
