3X+5X+9X+13X=360

30X=360

X=13

3X=3×13=39

5X=5×13=65

9X=9×13=117

13X=13×13=169

SOLUTIONS:

Let ABCD be thr given quadrilateral ( see attachment ) and let,

∠A = (3x)°, ∠B = (5x)°, ∠C = (9x)° and ∠D = (13x)°.

∵ The sum of the angles of a quadrilateral is 360°, we have

→ 3x + 5x + 9x + 13x = 360

→ 30x = 360

→ x = 360/30

→ x = 12

∴ ∠A = 36°, ∠B = 60°, ∠C = 108° & ∠D = 156°.
