let the angles be 2x, 6x and 7x.

By ASP, 2x + 6x + 7x = 180
15 x = 180
x = 180/15 = 12

smallest angle = 24 degree
it's complement = 90 - 24 = 66 degree

let the measure of angles of the triangle be 2x, 6x and 7x.
and we know that sum of all angle of the triangle =180°
2x+6x+7x=180°
15x =180°
x=180°/15
x=12

therefore, measure of the angle of triangle are:
2*12=24
6*12=72
7*12=84
so, smallest angle is 24

the compliment of the smallest angle of the triangle be y
24+y=90°
y=90°-24
y=66°

so, the compliment of the smallest angle of the triangle is 66°
