The angles of a triangle are (x – 40)°, (x – 20)° and
(1/2x-10)°
Find the value of x​

Answer:

Since, sum of angles of a triangle is always 180°

therefore, (x-40)+(x-20)+(x/2-10)= 360

or, x-40+x-20+ x/2-10= 360

or, 5x/2- 70=360

or, 5x/2= 360+70

or, 5x/2= 430

or, x= 430×2/5

or, x= 86×2

or, x= 172
