Dear student,
Find the answer to your query as under:

given:

Ni = 1200 rpm
ωi = 2π Ni
ωi  = 125.6 rad /s
similarly,
ωf  = 326.56  rad/s
t = 16 s

from the first equation of motion in rotation:

ωf = ωi + αt
326.56 = 125.6 + 16α
α = 12.56 rad/s2

Now,

from the second equation of motion in rotation
θ = ωit + 0.5αt2

θ = 3617.28 rad

Now,
No. of rotations = θ/  2π = 575.70 or nearly 576 rotations at the centre.
