The Ant and the Dove
Beautiful sunny day. very hot even in the shade
- no breeze a little ant was very thirsty and
went to the edge of a stream flowing very fast-
drank from the stream refreshing . All alone no
friends with him. He put his head in the water to
drink a second time screamed... about to drown in
the water. Dove above the water sitting on a tree
the dove threw down a leaf - fell into water
and ant climbed onto it. Hunter came to catch the
bird/dove put down some little twigs to catch the
dove. The ant saw the hunter knew what he was
going to do and stung his foot ... hunter ran away.​
