We need a sugar soln which has 15% as its concentration.

No of litres of water be x

Mass%=mass of solute / mass of solution*100

The soln =75+x

15/100=75/75+x

75+x=75*100/15

75+x= 500

X=500-75

X=425.

Therefore 425 litres.
