In the diagram at the right, ∠ABC is an angle formedby a tangent and chord with an intercepted minor arcfrom A to B. When two chords intersect inside a circle, four angles are formed. At the point of intersection, two sets of congruent vertical angles are formed in the corners of the X that appears.
