The area and length of a rectangular plot are 762.5 Sq.m and 30.5 m respectively. Find the the perimeter of the plot.

 Given \: l = 30.5 \: m \: and

 Area = 762.5 \: m^{2}

 \implies l \times b = 762.5 \: m^{2}

 \implies 30.5 \times b = 762.5

\implies b = \frac{762.5}{30.5}

 \implies b = 25 \: m

 Now, \red{ Perimeter \: of \:the \: plot }

 = 2( l + b )

 = 2( 30.5 \: m + 25 \: m )

 = 2 \times 55.5 \: m
