Let the breadth be x and the length be 2 x .

CSA of cuboid = 2 ( l + b ) h sq . units

                  120 = 2 ( 2 x + x ) 4

                  6 x  = 30

Therefore      x  = 5 m

Length = 2 ( 5 ) = 10 m    ,       Breadth = 5 m

Area of the floor = Area of rectangle = l * b

                                                             = 10 * 5

                                                             = 50 m^2
