Let the area of 1st circle be πr² and area of 2nd circle be πR² = 100πr²

Ratio of their areas= πr²/πR²

1/100 = r²/R²

1²/10² = r²/R²

1/10 =r/R

=> R= 10

Ratio of their circumference =2πr/2πR

=r/R

=1/10

Therefore, the ratio is 1:10
