Given that radius of a circle  = 5cm.

Use the area of the circle formula to calculate area.

Area = pi(5)(5) = 25 π sq .cm.

Use formula for finding circumference of a circle.

Circumference = 2π(5) = 10 π cm.

Ratio of area to circumference = 25/10 = 2.5

Hence the answer would be 2.5

Required percent = Areax100/Circumference = 250%
