Hence outer radius = inner Radius + width

=>outer radius  R = 10 + 3 = 13 m

Area of circle = π ( radius)²

area of a circular path  = πR²  - πr²

= π ( 13² - 10²)

= 69π

≈ 216.77  m²

Area of a circular path   is  69π  or ≈ 216.77  m²
