1 cm = 0.01 m
The volume of gravel = Area x Height = 3750 x 0.01 = 37.5 m³

Total cost = 6.40 x 37.5
                 = Rs. 240

Solution ●●●●
_____________

Given, \\ \\ Area \: \: of \: \: the \: \: courtyard = 3750 \: \: {m}^{2} \\ \\ Height = 1cm = 0.01m____________________
Volume \: \: \: of \: \: \: the \: \: \: gravel

 = Area \: \: \times \: \: Height \\ \\ = 3750 \: {m}^{2} \times 0.01 \: m \\ \\ = 37.5 \: {m}^{3}

Total \: \: Cost \: \: = Rs \: \: (6.40 \times 37.5) \\ \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = Rs \: \: 240
