the one having more Ksp will be more soluble. Ksp of Ni(OH)2 is more hence more soluble.

S[Ni(OH)2]=(ksp/4)^1/3

=((2*10^-15)/4)1/3

=7.9*10^-6

S[AgCN]=(ksp)^1/2

=(6*10^-17)^1/2

=7.7*10^-9

Since S[Ni(OH)2]>S[AgCN]

Ni(OH)2 is more soluble
