Let, base be x.
Thn, alt. = height = 2x

Ar(Parallelogram) = b x h
392 = (x) (2x)
196 = x²
x = 14

Base = x = 14
Height = 2x =28

Hey!!!!

____________

let the base of the parallelogram be x and altitude (height) be y.

Then ATQ,

=> y = 2x -------(1)

=> Area = 392 cm²

We know Area = altitude x base

=> xy = 392

Using (1) in above equation

=> x(2x) = 392

=> 2x² = 392

=> x² = 196

=> x = √196

=> x = 14

Thus y = 28

Thus the height of the parallelogram is 28cm and base is 14cm

___________

Hope this helps ✌️
