As we know that ,

Area of Parallelogram=Base×Altitude

But , area is given
$60 {cm}^{2}$

so,

60 cm^2. =. base ×. 5 cm

$\frac{60}{5} = 12 \: cm$

So, the length of corresponding side =12 cm
