The area of a rectangle 20 m long is 240 m2. It’s perimeter is m. if you gave me correct answer i promise whenever i ask new q apears you will be brainest

Area of the given rectangle = 240m²

Lenght of the rectangle = 20m

We have to find the unknown value of the perimeter m , And to find the perimeter of a rectangle we always use the formula 2[l+b]

in this equation we have 2 unknown values that is Perimeter and Breadth

As we know that AREA of a rectangle = l x b

          240 = 20 x b

b = 240 \20

b = 12m

So , now we have the vale of breadth and now we can find the unknown value of perimeter m .

PERIMETER of a rectangle = 2[l+b]

        m = 2[ 20 +12 ]

   m = 2 x 32

   m = 64

So , the value of m that is perimeter , is 64m
