Area of rectangle = lb
11.6 m = b× 46.4cm
b = 1160cm / 46.4 cm
= 250 cm
= 2.5 m
Perimeter = 2 (l+b)= 2 ( 46.6 + 250)
= 546.4 cm

This is the working
1.Convert the breadth into metres first
46.4÷100=0.464m
2. Then this follows
0.464x=(11.6)*2
x=290metres which is your length.
3. Perimeter
290×2+0.464×2=580.93m

In cm this will be
580.928×100=58092.8cm
