Step-by-step explanation:

So to get an area with 200 that has one value being double the other value then it's simply 20 x 10. So your answer is 20 w and 10 l. The length of a rectangle is twice the width. The perimeter is 72 more than the width.

Hope it helps you....

What is the perimeter of rectangle?

SOLUTIOn

Let the length be x and breadth be 2x

**According to the given condition**

★ Area of rectangle = 200m²

→ l × b = 200

→ x*2x = 200

→ 2x² = 200

→ x² = 200/2

→ x² = 100

→ x = √100 = ±10

**Length and breadth never in negative

So, length = 10cm

Breadth = 2x = 2*10 = 20cm

_____________________

Perimeter of rectangle

→ 2(l + b)

→ 2(10 + 20)

→ 2*30

→ 60cm

Hence, Perimeter of rectangle is 60cm
