  • Length of rectangle = 4/9cm.

 \\

To Find

  • Width of rectangle = ?

Formula

  • Area of rectangle = length × width

Solution

Let width of rectangle be x.

Now,

 \tt \implies \: area \: of \: rectangle = length \times width \\ \\ \tt \implies \: 4  \frac{2}{3} =  \frac{4}{9}  \times x \\ \\ \tt \implies \: \frac{14}{3}  =  \frac{4x}{9}  \\ \\ \tt \implies \:4x \times 3 = 14 \times 9 \\ \\\tt \implies \: 12x = 126 \\ \\ \tt \implies \:x =  \frac{126}{12}

 \large \implies \boxed {\boxed {\tt \blue {x = 10.5cm   }}}
