length= breadth + 15% of breadth
=115/100 b
area= l x b
460 = 115/100 b^2
b^2 = 46000/115=400
b=20

Let breadth =x met.

Then length =(115x/100)met.

=x∗115x100=460

x^2=(460x100/115)

x^2=400

x=20
