Answer:

area of a rectangle = L×b

therefore 96/8=12

so l = 12cm

perimeter of a rectangle = 2(L+b)

=2(12+8)=40 cm

so L = 12 cm

Perimeter =40 cm

hi dude!!!

your answer....

breadth = 8cm, length = ???, area = 96cm²

to find the length

area = l×b

96 = l×8

l=96/8

l=12

the length = 12cm

to find the perimeter

perimeter = 2(l+b)

perimeter = 2(12+8)

perimeter =2(20)

perimeter = 40

the perimeter of the rectangle = 40cm

hope it helps you......
