Area of Rectangle = L X B             Area of Square =  Side^2

Suppose side of square =  x

Area of Square  = x^2

Length of rectangle = 20 cm          and  breadth = 3/2 *x

Area of Rectangle = 20*3/2x = 30x

30x =  3*x^2

3x^2 - 30x = 0

3x(x - 10) = 0

x = 0, x = 10

So Side of Square = 10 cm
