0.5 hectares = 5000m²

Let the other side be K

12.5 × k = 5000
K = 5000/12.5
K = 400m


Hence the other side is 400m

0.5 ha =10000×0.5
=5000m^2
area of rectangle = 5000m^2
one side of rectangle = 12.5m
other side =area / one side
=5000/12.5m
=400m
