hello users...

Given that:-
area of a rectangular field is 96m²
and
sides of rectangular field are in ratio 3:2

solution:-
because sides are in ratio 3:2

let
length of rectangular field = 3x
and
breadth of rectangular field = 2x

here,
we know that:
area of rectangle = length × breadth

=> 3x × 2x = 96 m²
=> 6x² = 96 m²
=> x² = 16 m²
=> x = 4 m

=> length of rectangular field = 3×4 = 12m
and
breadth of rectangular field = 2×4 = 8m

now,
perimeter of rectangular field = 2(length + breadth)

=> perimeter = 2× ( 12 + 8) = 2 × 20 = 40m Answer

# hope it helps :)
