let a and b be length and breadth of rectangle

area of rectangle = a*b=528

given length of the ground in meter is one more than twice it's breath i.e., a=2b+1

on substituting this in a*b=528 we get

(2b+1)*b=528

2b²+b-528=0

ON solving in following procedure we get

2b²+33b-32b-528=0

b(2b+33)-32(b+33)=0

hence from this we get b=32 or -33/2 (negative value not possible)

a=2b+1=2(32)+1=65
