The area of a rectangular plot is 50625 Sq.m and its ratio of the length and breadth of a plot is 5:3. find the perimeter of a rectangular plot?

Perimeter of the rectangle being 48 m, the length and breadth of the rectangle = 48/2 = 24 m.

L = 5x and B = 3x, or 8x = 24, or x = 3

Hence length = 15 m and breadth = 9 m and the area = 15*9 = 135 sq m.
