Answer:

Let length and breadth of rectangle be x and 2x.

Area of rectanglular plot =L×B

》528=x×2x

》528=3x

》x=528÷3

》x=176

Length of rectanglular plot is 176 m and breadth is (2×176)= 352 m

Hope it helps you

Answer:

given, area of the rectangle=528m^2

let, the breath of the rectangle be x meter and therefore lenght = (2x+1) meter....

Area of rectangle= lenght x breath..

528= (x)(2x+1)

528= 2x^2+1x

2x^2 +1x -528=0

2x^2 + 33x -32x -528=0

x(2x+33)-16(2x+33)=0

(2x+33)(x-16)=0

here x = -33/2= -16.5 and

x=16

there x=16 because the breath can never be in negative.....

here breath=x=16m

lenght=2x+1=2(16)+1=32+1=33m
