the area of a rhombus is 441(cm)2 and it's altitude is 17.5cm.find the lenght of each side of the rhombus.

Given that area of the rhombus = 441cm^2.

Given that Altitude of the rhombus = 17.5cm.


We know that Area of the rhombus = Base * Height

                                  441 = Base * 17.5

                                  441/17.5 = Base

                                  25.2cm = Base


Therefore the length of each side of the rhombus = 25.2cm.

441=175/10×s
441×10/175=s
25.2=Side

side=25.2cm
