The area of a rhombus is 84msquare if it's perimeter is 40m, then the length of its altitude is? M

Side = 40/4
= 10cm

Area = base × altitude

84 = 10× altitude

Altitude = 84/10
= 8.4cm

➡ Perimeter of rhombus = 40m

➡ Therefore side of rhombus = 40/4 = 10m

Area = base * height = 84m²

Now, the base = 10 m

So, height or altitude = 84/10 = 8•4 m
