A = base * altitude
we don't know the base, we can find the length of the base from the perimeter, perimeter is the sum of the lengths of the sides, the sides of a rhombus are equal
perimeter = 4 * length of one side
28 cm = 4 * length of one side
divide both sides by 4
28 cm / 4 = (4 * length of one side) / 4
28/4cm = length of one side

common sense, the base is equal to 8 cm

A = base * altitude
98 = 28/4* altitude
14 cm = altitude

☺☺ HERE IS YOUR ANSWER ☺☺

=============================================>>>>

Perimeter of rhombus = 28

AB + BC + CD + DA = 28

AB + AB + AB + AB = 28

4AB = 28

AB = 7

AB=BC=CD= DA = 7 cm

Now,,

Area of rhombus = 98 cm^2

Base × Altitude = 98

7 × altitude = 98

altitude = 98/7

altitude = 14 cm
