area of rhombus=98cm^2
diagonal=14cm
we know that,

the area of a rhombus=1/2 × d1×d2
=1/2× 14 × d2

1/2 × 14 × d2=98

14 × d2 = 196

so the other diagonal = 196/14
= 14cm
