area of the rhombus = 98cm^2

one of the diagonal = 14cm

another diagonal = ?

since the area of a rhombus =

   \frac{1}{2} \times d1 \times d2 = 98 {cm}^{2} \\ \frac{1}{2} \times 14cm \times d2 = 98 {cm}^{2} \\ 7 \times d2 = 98 {cm}^{2} \\ d2 = \frac{98 {cm}^{2} }{7cm} \\ = 14cm

so another diagonal is 14 cm
