the area of a rhombus is equal to the area of triangle having bases 24.8 cm and the corresponding height 16.5 cm.If one of the diagonal of a rhombus is 22 cm.find the length of the other diagonal.

as the area of the rhombus and triangle is equal then

Area of rhombus = d1×d2÷2

204.6 = 22×d2÷2

204.6 = 11×d2

204.6÷ 11 = d2

18.6 = d2
