HERE,THE AREA OF RIGHT ANGLED TRIANGLE IS ALSO GIVEN.
WITHOUT THE AREA ALSO IT MAY WORKED BY PYTHAGORAS THEOREM.
AREA OF TRIANGLE=1/2×b×h
6=1/2×4×h
6=2h
h=6/2
h=3cm
we have,
base=4cm
height=3cm
Hypotenuse=5cm
PERIMETER OF RIGHT ANGLED TRIANGLE =base+height +hypotenuse
=4+3+5
=12cm.
thus the perimeter of the right angled triangle is 12cm

Hope this helps!!!
