let the side containing right angle be the base.
area of Δ=1\2 * base * height
   38.5    =1\2*11*height
 385*2÷11*10= height
7cm  = height
          if you want to find the hypotenuse also you can use the pythagoreus theorum,

H²=base²+perpendicular²
H²=11²+7²
H²=121+49
H²=170
H=√170 CM
                    here H is hypotenuse
