We have formula :-

\huge{\bf{\boxed{\boxed{Area \: = \: Side^{2}}}}}

_______________[Put values]

⇒ 1016 = Side²

⇒ Side = √1016

⇒ Side = 31.87

⇒ Side ≈ 32 m (approx)

So, side of square is 32m

  • Square is a quadrateral whose all the sides are equal.

  • Square diagnols are equal.

  • Angle between sides of a Square is always 90°.

Formula of Square :-

Area = Side * Side ⇒ Side²

Perimeter = 4 * Side

ANSWER:-

Given:

The area of a square field is 1016m.

To find:

Length of one side of the field.

Solution:

We know that, area of square is,

=) Side × Side

=) s²

Therefore,

=) 1016m = side × side

=) 1016m= s²

=) √1016 = s

=) 31.87 = s

=) s= 32m [Approximately]

Hence,

The length of one side of the field is 32m.

Hope it helps ☺️
