The area of a square field is 4225 sq.m. If each side is increased by 2 m, what will be the increase in its area?

if we take the root of 4225 the answer is 65
and 65+2 =67 and square of 67 =4489
then 4489 -4225=264
therefore 264 sq.m . is the increase in its area

area = side ^ so 4225 root = 65, 65 * 4 = 260
