Step-by-step explanation:

length of the square is √5184m

=72m

perimeter of the square is 4.72 m=288m

perimeter of the rectangle =288m

if length is 2xm,breadth is x m then

2(2x+x)=288

6x=288

x=48

area of the rectangular field is 96×48sq m

=4608sq m

Answer:

side of square=✓5184=72cm

hence perimeter of square is 4×side=4×72=288cm

it is given that, length is twice of its breadth

let breadth bex,then length is 2x

perimeter of rectangle is x+2x+x+2x=288(ar.of square=ar.of rectangle)

6x=288

x=48

hence, length of rectangle is 96cm and length is 48

now,area of rectangle is l×b=96×48=4608sq.cm
