Let the breadth be 'x'.

So, the length is '2x'

Given:

Area of square field= 5184m²

Perimeter of rectangle= area of square field = 5189.

To find:

The area of rectangular field=?

\huge\tt\green{Solution:-}

Perimeter of square=2(l+b)

5184=2(2x+x)

=>5184=4x+2x

=>5184=6x

or

=>6x=5184

=>x=5184/6

x=>864m.

2x=>2(864)=>1728m.

Area of rectangle = l×b

=>1728×864

=>1492992.

Hence, the area of rectangular field is 1492992m².
