Area of square=60025m square

Side of square=Root 60025

=245

Perimeter=4×245=980m

A man travels when he cycle arounds its boundary=980×2=1960m

Here is ur answer.
we know that the formula of area of a square is side x side

so √60025=245m
As he covered the distance two times then the total distance covered is 245 x 4=980m

So the total distance he covered is 980 x 2= 1960m.
