*The area of a square metal sheet is the same as that of a rectangular metal sheet. The side length of the square sheet is 15 m. If one of the sides of the rectangular metal sheet is 9 m, then what is the length of the other side of the sheet?*

area of square = (15)^2 = 225

area of rectangle = length ×breadth

=l×9

225=length×9

225/9=other length

=25

therefore other lengh is 25metre

Let, one side of rectangular sheet =9m.

Area of squrae sheet =(15)²m²=225m²

Hence, area of rectangular sheet also =225m ²

Similarly,

Area of rectangular sheet =(l×b)m²

⇒225=9×b

Therefore, other side of rectangular sheet is 25m.
