Let the length of other side be 'x' cm.

Area of trapezium = (1/2) * sum of parallel sides * height

=> 34 = (1/2) * (10 + x) * 4

=> 34 = (10 + x) * 2

=> 10 + x = 17

=> x = 7 cm

Thus, length of other parallel side is 7 cm.

Answer:)

Wkt formula is area=h*a+b divided by 2

_area=34 ,h=4 ,let a =10,b=x

34=4/2* 10+x

34/2=10+x

17=10+x

17-10=x

x=7

therefore, length of other parallel side is 7
