Formula to find area of trapezium:-

 \mathtt{ \frac{1}{2}   \times sum \: of \:|| \: side  \times height}

Given,

Area=440cm.

Parallel sides=30 and 14 cm.

Height= ?

 440 = \frac{1}{2}  \times 44 \times h

 \frac{440 \times 2}{44}  = h

Then , H=20 cm

Distance=20cm.
