Area of trapezium=1/2*height*(parallel side one+parallel side 2)
So,
Area=1/2*19*(23+x)
425cm2= 19/2 into 23+x
19*23+x=425*2
19*23+x=950
23+x=950/19
23+x=50
x=50-23
x=27cm

parallel side 2=27cm
