HELLO MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER-

AREA-475CM^2

HEIGHT-19CM

FIRST PARALLEL SIDE-X

SECOND PARALLEL SIDE-X+4

THEN EQN.-

475 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times (x + 4 + x) \times 19 \\  \\ 475 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times (2x + 4 )\times 19 \\  \\ 475 =  (x + 2 )\times 19 \\  \\  x + 2 = 475 \div 19 \\  \\ x + 2 = 25 \\  \\  x  = 25 - 2 =  =  > 23

HENCE first parallel side equals to 23 cm and second parallel side is equal to 27 CM .
