Hello!!!!

Here's The Answer :

(Given)

Height = 6 cm.
Length of 1st parallel side = 4 cm

=>Area of the Trapezium = 48 cm sq.

=>\frac 1 2 × (Sum of parallel sides ) × Height

Let the other parallel side be x .

=>According To Question.

\frac 1 2 × ( 4 + x ) × 6 = 48

\frac 6 2 × (4 + x )× 6 = 48

3 × ( 4 + x ) = 48

12 + 3x = 48

3x = 48 - 12

3x = 36

x = \frac {36}{ 3 }

x = 12

So, the other parallel side is 12 cm.

Hope It Helps!!!

Answer:

Height = 6 cm.

Length of 1st parallel side = 4 cm

=>Area of the Trapezium = 48 cm sq.

=> × (Sum of parallel sides ) × Height

Let the other parallel side be x .

3 × ( 4 + x ) = 48

12 + 3x = 48

3x = 48 - 12

3x = 36

x =

x = 12

So, the other parallel side is 12 cm.
