let the sides are 3x,4x,5x respectively...

where's x>0

half of perimeter(s)=(3x+4x+5x)/2=6x

now... according to the problem

area =216cm²

now applying herron's formula...

 \sqrt{6x(6x - 4x)(6x - 3x)(6x - 5x)}  = 216 \\  =  >  \sqrt{6x \times 2x \times 3x \times x}  = 216 \\  =  > 6 x{}^{2}  = 216 \\  =  > x {}^{2}  = 36 \\  =  > x = 6

therefore the perimeter is=12(6)cm=72 cm...

THANK U......
