therefore , vertices are (-3,-2),(3,-2)(1,2)

so, x1= -3, y1 = -2;

x2 = 3, y2 = -2;

x3 = 1, y3 = 2;

area = 1/2[(-3)(-2-2) + (3)(2+2) + 1(-2+2)

       = 1/2[(-3)(-4) + (3)(4) + (1)(0)]

       = 1/2[12 + 12]

area = 1/2[24]

area = 12 ....Ans
